Do I need to prepare anything for the call?
The only thing I ask is that you complete the short intake form after booking—this helps me come into our session prepared and focused on what matters most to you.
Other than that, just show up. If you have a current website, it’s helpful to have the link ready so we can review it together.
What kind of questions can I ask?
Anything related to your website. That might include design, messaging, structure, SEO basics, or whether you need a full redesign. If it touches your website, we can cover it.
What if I don’t have a website yet?
That’s completely fine. We can use this time to map out what your website should include, how it should be structured, and what to focus on first so you’re not starting from scratch.
Will you tell me if I don't need a redesign?
Yes. If your current site just needs a few strategic updates, I’ll tell you. Not every situation calls for a full redesign—and I’ll help you understand what actually makes sense.
Can I book another session later on?
Yes. Some people use this as a one-time reset, and others come back as they implement changes or move into a redesign. You’re always welcome to book again.
What if I decide to move forward with a full redesign?
If we decide a full redesign is the right next step and you choose to work with me, your $275 session fee will be credited toward your project.
